Great little printer, I use with with my Royal Mail Business account as I run a small business from home (Wee Woolly Wonderfuls). Took a little bit of setting up to link to my computer and get the label printing to the correct size, but I managed it and I'm not hugely technical! Running great, and printing clear. sent it back i have ordered the newer version of this desktop series Zera 3---- series i assume that will not be conflict with window 10 and my A4 Dell laser printer . Old model but works as a brand new, cheap and good quality.
