Nice Coffee Maker - only a few downsides

The time section is NOT LIGHTED. The box says you can pause and get a cup of coffee and continue brewing, but THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. The only instructions were how to plug it in and not to put the hot carafe on a cold surface or put cold water in a hot carafe. A really good product!
I had to replace a $100 Cuisinart coffee maker because the lid hinges broke, and it was just out of warranty. Decided to try this Mr Coffee, and am very pleased.
