T--Bag Bounces Back - Series 3 - DVD (Revelation/Thames/Freemantle Media)
This is by far the best of the first three series, and unlike Series one and two, has TEN episodes instead of eight. Once again Debbie is on a treasure hunt, this time looking for little gold bells that T-Bag has hidden away in all four corners of the globe leading to some magical adventures. It's amazing looking back on a show that first aired in the mid 80's, T-Bag is still as nasty and dislikeable as she's always been, whilst at the same time being simply wonderful. John Hasler is ever-superb as her long suffering assistant T-Shirt and all the characters, sets and songs are very good and quite sweet. I had no idea these had been released some years ago (now sadly deleted), and all of the first three series do seem to command very high prices for single disc sets. However, they are classics and as T-Shirt says at the end of the final episode... " I do like stories with happy endings, don't you?".... Go on, re-live your childhood. It'll bring a smile to your face. One of the best Theme Tunes on any kids TV show too!!! Have fun!!!
