  • Good quality Polish coin

This 1933 Polish 5 Zlotych coin is in very good condition for being 84 years old. The price is very competitive with the current market. It is a common error with most collectors to call this coin a "Queen Jadwiga coin. The image on this coin is actually that of Janina Morstinowey Zoltowskish. It is listed as Glowa Kobiery, translated to Woman's Head in Numismatic catalogs. The designer of this coin, Antoni Madeyski, also designed the sarcophagus for Queen Zadwiga of Wawel. So in lies the connection. Although the error exists, the coin will probably still be called Queen Zadwiga.
