It does so a good job
With no air receiver it does run most of the time the only reserve you have is what’s in the water trap and pipe work but it isn’t over noisy. Setting the air pressure it a bit hit and miss as it is only done via the air escape screw under the water trap but with a bit of practice it can be done. The side mounted cup airbrush included (1 of two the other a under neath bottle type) is not the most comfortable setup but us usable and does cover well and isn’t too bad at close detail (again air pressure setting). As a first setup it is good to learn with and will give you a cheap method of trying airbrushing out. For the occasional user it’s a good setup.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good compressor but not adjustable.
I bought this Airbrush compressor starter kit for model making. Unfortunately the compressor is a basic model which is not pressure adjustable, putting out 4 bar 50psi of pressure.. If you want to paint models, 15-20 psi is often recommended. 50psi is too powerful. I have ordered an alternative regulator to fit to this model, which costs £10.99 from ebay to make it meet my needs. I haven’t tried the airbrushes yet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value for cash
Good little air brush if your just getting started, works well, keep pressure 15-20psi if your using acrylics. Useful airbrushes not junk as you would expect at this price. Beginners air brush so keep that in mind a pro would be disappointed as there is no air reserve tank and the pressure adjustment isn't stable until to run the brush for a few moments. (Suggest. I used this to restore leather car seats. Worked a treat. Next job is to lacquer the wood trim. Brilliant value and decent quality. The instructions said it can run for ten minutes non stop before the thermal cutout kicks in and you have to wait for it to cool. Got this because I like to repair bikes and tennis rackets. Got this because it was cheap and I thought I would learn with it, see how I went and then upgrade. No need to upgrade this works perfectly fine. Have done umpteen tennis racket repairs and sprayed 5 bike frames.
