"Fighting, girls, comedy, what more can you ask for?"
If one can describe Queen's Blade, it's fan service and girls, but these aspects does not detract from its entertainment value as there is an appreciation for the story itself. Each character has their own respective story and roles that defines their personality and their reasons to fight. While their paths segues into the larger picture which is the Queen's Blade, we are able to see their development into becoming a stronger fighter, especially with the main characters Leina and Tomoe (more so in season 2). I would not say this series is for everyone's tastes, but if you just enjoy a fun story with just hilarious moments during times of seriousness I would recommend it. This is not for kids to watch though so do keep that in mind! Given the price due to the limited availability, it may be tough to acquire a copy. All in all, this series holds a place in my collection and continues to bring laughs and good action.
