Adjusted the tension alignment for greater spotted woodpecker access and red knob and metal nut were found on the ground. I telephoned the after sales care line and a very helpful lady enabled me to work out that I had not found all the pieces! Having retrieved the missing part all is now well. Squirrels bust the squirrel buster.
First impression was good but just over a week after the feeder went into action persistent attempts by squirrels to access the feeder ports caused the bottom nut to unscrew itself presumably by the squirrels twirling the feeder around. This closed off the feeder ports to everything. The bottom nut is lost so my approximately £40 investment was not good value.
