Great for isolation without sucking out dynamics
These seem to hit the sweet spot between the rigid spikes vs extreme damping sorbothane approach - I found them to isolate a subwoofer extremely well without introducing the colouration effects of soft focalpod or foam sheets materials. They will work best with source equipment and electronics that need to be isolated but also set-ups where speaker location is sub-optimal and rigid steel spikes are just transmitting the energy straight into furniture and/or floor structures. If you need to isolate speakers these are a million times better than those foam wedge stands just remember that whether your system will sound better with rigid steel spikes that couple speakers to the structure they are placed upon or isolation feet that do the opposite will depend on your room and you should experiment with both approaches to find out what works best.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Notice an improvement in sound quality
I’ve tried various speaker sound isolation feet before and not impressed with them so tried the Audio Serenity isolation pads based on the recommendations of an experienced audiophile who I purchased the Kef JR 149 speakers from. Yes they certainly make an improvement on the sound of the speakers on my Atacama stands. Handy Dandy Lil' Doodads
Whilst I cannot claim any appreciable difference in the sound from my speakers these little pads are a neat way to ensure they can't move about on the stands. Much more elegant than the cut scraps of high density foam I was using.
