Poor pre delivery Info but arrived day early and the driver was most helpful. Major thing to bear in mind is that although the seat position is adjustable it is impossible to make it fit my 5ft 2ins wife. The saddle also needs an anti shake washer to stop in sliding about. A bit disappointing but may well prove to be decent value for money
Fairly easy to assemble, took about an hour. A bit of guidance about the computer wiring would have been helpful. The end result is fairly stable & the mechanical "action" is quite smooth, but - - the plastic caps don't fit on the nuts & bolts so it looks a bit untidy - there is a worrying creak from the main pedal bearing - the main handles don't fit tightly & rock around but I padded them out with some electrical tape & that seems to have solved the problem - the big disappointment is the computer: the calorie counter (which is important to me) is wildly inaccurate and, contrary to the manual, it won't measure distance in miles. The Seller was apologetic & sent me a replacement promptly. but this was just as bad as the original. Overall, this is a basic machine that does a basic job & we'll have to see how long it lasts. That said, it cost £99 so I guess you get what you pay for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Deluxe 2 -1 Cross Trainer and bike
My 16 year old put the trainer together for me as I have no interest in building projects. Luckily he was a wizz kid with Lego and building toys. Took him 2 hours. After getting over the shock of so many nuts and bolts, it is a very good piece of gym equipment. So much so that the whole family is using it. 😁 I can already see the difference in the tone of my body and I'm only doing 2 x 15 minutes sessions a day. I suffer with arthritis in my knees, back and shoulder and i have found this easy to use and helps me to strengthen my muscles it's perfect and sturdy wished i brought this a long time ago. There is also a tension dial which you can use to make it a tougher workout and not forgetting the monitor which shows you your speed, distance, heart rate and calculates how much calories you burn. This exercise machine does exactly what it says on the box.
I've had this for nearly a fortnight and been using it on a daily basis, it's making me feel fitter, healthier and the weight is starting to drop off. Would I recommend this to others my build and weight who want to drop some weight, damn right I would. It's cheaper than a gym monthly membership. Easy to follow instructions, easy to assemble and even easier to use. You're guaranteed a good workout, just remember to have a towel handy because you are going to sweat loads. Don't push yourself at the start if you've not exercised in a while, just start off easy using the time counting programme and get used to the machine. You'll enjoy it and as your time builds up and the weight starts coming off, you'll have so much more confidence in yourself. I've lost some weight using this on a daily basis and a coat which wouldn't fit me previously now fits lovely.
