Easy to use.....just remember lots of batteries.
You can feel the belt working, its also great for stress and tension, the higher the contractions the more relaxed it makes you feel. I think its best to exercise as well and use the slendertone belt to help tighten the inner muscles. We have been using daily :) A great piece of equipment.

It does what it says. It tenses your muscles, however one side was less effective than the other, the pads wear quickly and I found it hard to find the best connection to my muscles.
