The product has a very good reputation for wood treatment. Cannot comment on the effectivenesss as this takes a few months after application. Perhaps in 12 months if problem arises again? I bought on recommendation, and will only do likewise when I have fully tested the product. I was very pleased with the price of the product The quality question is rather superflous, until proven otherwise.
