  • Excellent humane mouse trap

This type of trap is excellent and I've caught quite a few mice using them. Easy to bait and set, the mouse can be clearly seen. Humane as they are unhurt when caught. Just make sure you take them quite away from the house when releasing otherwise they may just return. The trap can be split to wash - I pop it in a bucket and then air dry. Super fast despatch and good value. Excellent.

  • Good if you bait it in the right way for lightweight mice

At first tried this with the bait in the black section past the trip bar. The mouse just went in and out repeatedly taking the bait (dry cat food) for a few days. Then I tried just putting the trap door up by friction rather than overlapping the trip bar thinking it would be more sensitive. The mouse still got the bait and escaped and the door came down after it had escaped. Finally I had the idea of lodging the bait under the trip bar. I put one cat food pellet in and moved it so it was half under the bar at the edge. The idea being the mouse would have to work for it. It worked first time I did this. So my tip would be let it have a couple of goes as normal so it's used to the trap. You may even be lucky. My mouse was small and I think too light for this. Then do the trick I tried. At least my mouse wasn't killed and released down the garden. Other things in its favour. You don't poison the mice. I was worried the cat would catch a poisoned mouse and get poisoned itself. Likewise you don't have a cat triggering the traditional killer traps and getting hurt.

  • Great

I've been getting mice day and night every room of flat. One comes in front room with me there. Got him within half hour of getting these day time right in front of me. Caught another this eve. I've got a noise devise which I'm hoping might stop new mice but the established ones aren't bothered by it. Il also go round and try and block all entrance points for a second time. It did stop them for several months last time but they are back with a vengeance this time. Seen some young ones and there was regular squeaking for a week or two behind a book case in bedroom possibly in the wall. Hopefully the combo of traps, noise device and attempting to block access does the trick. I find them quite cute to watch but diseases and infestations I don't want. If I want a pet mouse I would buy one. These ones are squatting !!!. My budgie agrees as well cos she isn't keen on them nicking her seed. No idea how many there are but maybe a couple more traps and a pet carrier might be needed. 500 m is a bit of a way one mouse at a time. Lol

  • Reasonable quality trap, bit pricey but free postage was included

After buying a couple of different friendly traps, I found this a reasonably good quality trap that was effective but to be honest was not that impressed with the door closure mechanism compared with other designs

  • Initially sceptical, but worked

I was initially sceptical when i saw this trap, it seemed to struggle to fall without great pressure. It took four attempts and then it worked catching our garage mouse. The plastic is easily cracked, but it does work so i would recommend it.

  • Easy

Easy to use and great value but when I received mine the small part on the entrance lid had broken but my husband put a small screw into it and works well, we have caught 1 mouse now.

  • They Work

Great product, we had a few mice in the house (eating the dogs food). Bought 2 of these, caught 4 mice in two nights - no more mice! I would really recommend these, if you're like me and don't want to kill the mice. (let them go in the garden - there territory!) Easy to set - easy to release mice

  • brillianr value for the money.!

This little humane mouse trap is fantastic value for money. It arrived very quickly. It is so easy to use and because it isn't very big, it fits in places and isn't noticeable.

  • Super Quick

After trying to catch a mouse for over a week, i put this trap down and had it within a couple of hours. I took a little advice off the internet and blue tacked a 2p to the door so that it shut quicker, a piece of bread with chocolate spread on, job done. Easy to use and set up. Even my 6 year old can set it.

  • trip trap mouse trap

Excellent product. Had lots of mice in the house. I caught the first one, then two more. I even caught one outside!. Then I found more inside, and set the trap and caught another five, but the next one proved more elusive so I cleared the room of all food and then set the trap up again not with peanut butter and chocolate, but with cheese. Bingo and I caught it ! I tried three other makes but this one works perfectly. Would really recommend it.
