Croydex have changed this product......
.....an I'm disappointed. I've used these things for years and they do the job and last a good time. The original towel holder inserts had individual single hole fixing across the range. I used longer screws to fit them as well, rather than the tiddly ones they supplied. I never used the frame to fix the holders, so I used to buy the three holder version and fitted the inserts singly wherever I wanted to fit them them and whenever they needed replacing. With this new design, this is now impossible. I've fitted them as best I can, but will not use them again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Croydex Towel Holder horrendous design
A really stupid design!! Why are the screws toward the middle? Pulling the towel out of the PRODUCT pulls it away from the wall. There is a similar product with screw holes at either end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
