Good stove top but not for three cups
It’s a good stove top coffee maker, looks good, heavy, makes a good coffee. I’m amazed it’s classed as a “three cup”. Two small espressos at the most I would say and for a reasonable size coffee with milk only suitable for one cup. Great little percolator
Great little percolator - mine makes 2-3 espressos, which is enough for 1 black coffee for me. Only small negative is that when I lift the lid to check if it's finished percolating some coffee always drips out onto the hob. Excellent and far better than the knock offs.
I've used the cheap Moka knock-offs for years, so I know how to operate a Moka pot. But the original design, the Bialetti is just _better_. More solid, looks nicer, actually empties the reservoir. Silicon ring doesn't fit.
I have used many bialetti Espresso Machine for the last 10 years. I bought this item 2months ago, but I usually use another big one, so I didn;t use this item for the last 2 months.
