A special lubricant
This product is expensive but works well where cheaper ones fail - e.g tight or sticky bearings in most applications especially electric motors. It will keep working for a long time too, you do not need frequent re-applications. I have been using it since it was first introduced, and always have a can on the shelf (it's not always easy to find)
