Not User Friendly
The shop I bought the TV from have been great. They care about customer satisfaction, and that's rare these days. The TV however is a different story. The cluttered and I'll designed remote control (which doesn't have a direct key for YouTube) is just the beginning of it. The picture is too dark, even at max brightness. When using the USB for viewing content, you cannot adjust the frame size. In order to switch off subtitles you need to press that horrible remote 12 times, which is annoying enough, but if you're binge watching a 10 episode series you're looking at 120 times (yep, it needs to be done for each episode!) To turn the screen off for listening to music or radio, you need to press the remote 13 times! On top of this it's slow to start up, slow to navigate and just a pain in general to use.
