TRY TO CHANGE THE SIM CARD FOR A BETTER DEAL, TURNED IT OFF AND ADDED THE NEW SIM AND THE PHONE LOCKED IT SELF AND I DONT HAVE THE CODE TO UNLOCK IT SO I AM RETURNING IT TO YOUR COMPANY ON THE 1ST OF JUNE. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, IF IT HAD OF BEEN UNLOCKED PROFESIONALY WHEN I CHANGED THE SIM IT WOULD NOT HAVE LOCKED AND SENDING IT IN BUBBEL WRAP A A PLASTIC BAG DID NOT INPRESS ME
