Most effective fat burner going
Don't tend to do reviews however I thought it would be worth doing one for this product and could be beneficial for a potential customer, As always, I was sceptical to whether this really worked or it was just a more BS from the market, however I am pleasantly surprised by the outcome, I spent 2 years bulking and building myself up at gym and went through the stage of "dirty bulking" and wanted to get rid of the flab as quickly and effectively as possible, The product recommends 2 tablets a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening however I doubled up, 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening, Don't take 2 in the evening as you won't get to sleep due to the caffeine and green tea extract This isn't going to work by itself, if you expect to just sit there and do no workout or cardio then you're not going to generate any results, Along side a good cardio and diet program, this works wonders and really does show to its full capacity Overall I'm really happy with the results and it's the first fat burner I've come across that actually worksVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dear Sir/Madam, I take five capsules with a 3-5 pints of water on an empty stomach. First thing in the morning. I would not recommend taking caffeine with this product. You have to maintain a caffeine fast up to 7-8 am early morning to 8 pm. I presume the capsules are made of caffeine.
