Excellent condition been very well looked after no marks or scratches and only 2 years old I think it needs a new drain pump, it works and washes but is not draining the water after a wash, all pipes are clear so the only thing I can think is a new drain pump we have been recommended. We don’t have the time to fix but this could be an easy fix for a low cost! This machine cost us £700 and is excellent, the part is around £30-£40 Collection only Canvey island

Not good!
Moving the existing washing machine out and installing this on my own was challenging enough. This Samsung is not as nice to look at as we hoped, its not a nice grey colour, but still ,its a washer and a dryer so happy days. Errr no! I have no idea what is wrong with it but it would stop a cycle 2 minutes in, we would try another it would stop 10 minutes in, we tried another it stopped doing anything 10 minutes left of the cycle and so on, until we gave up. The noise was terrible from the water waste even thought its in a separate room, I removed the waste pipe into the sink in the hope that would help? In the end after two days of trying and the same bundle of clothes in there getting half washed had to come out absolutely soaking wet. then I have to move this incredibly heavy lump again without damaging the floor and back into the cardboard it came in. This was a refurb, I really didnt mind a few marks and scratches. But it was clear the reason why this was a return in the first place yet nobody had fixed the problem. I am now very wary of washer driers as reading lots of reviews I think they are prone to breaking down and take far to long to dry clothes than you would want and hope. All in all VERY disappointed and I could have seriously done without that experience. for now its back to the old washer. Note: Currys did provide a fairly easy collection and refund and rightly so..

It doesn’t even turn on
When I brought this washing machine I was very excited. However when it was delivered I threw out my previous washing machine which was in its last legs. I installed it, very excited I had some washing that needed to be done. The washing machine doesn’t actually turn on, The machine is plugged in but absolutely NO POWER. I’ve been waiting almost 10 days now for my refund from Curry’s Clearance. I have been told I have to wait until it’s collected. I have been waiting several days for the collection. The driver is always a no show and I threw out my previous washing machine. I will never buy from Curry’s again.
