A Crunchy Wailing Chug-Fest Of A Pickup
If you want a Duncan JB with the bugs sorted out then this is the one. The SH-6 Distortion loses the JBs flabby loose boomy bottom end and annoying upper mid spike and turns it into a metal machine with a punchy tight low end, crunchy mids for chord work and a singing stinging top end for solos that cut through the mix. It may lose a little of the JBs vocal like quality for lead lines but what you gain from the double thick ceramic magnet more than makes up for that.
