Overall a brilliant TV
Overall really pleased with this TV. The picture quality is faultless and it's a great size for most rooms. It's nice and compact and has a sleek skinny frame which I like. It was also very easy to mount on the wall, although it's shallow depth makes getting cables in and out the side ports quite tricky! The remote is easy to use with all the buttons you need, and it comes preinstalled with all major catch-up apps, which means if you're like me you don't really miss normal TV (especially since you can watch live TV through apps like iPlayer). It also comes preinstalled with free Samsung TV channels which while not mind-blowing (show endless repeats of the same show, not always in order) are decent if you just want some mindless background telly. My only gripe is, as mentioned in some reviews, the operating system can be a little laggy in opening and navigating menus. As this isn't something I typically do often though it doesn't hugely bother me. Overall a great buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent TV with flaws
This is a decent budget TV with a good 4k picture but you can see where the corners have been cut. Only 2 HDMI ports is a pain and there are very few alternative port types either. The software can be glitchy and is slow to respond. You only get the IR review bundled, not the smart remote and mine is unable to control other things like my virgin box. If day this is a good TV for a secondary room but if this is your main TV I'd recommend spending a little more to avoid disappointmentVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cracking unit and a silly low price, very similar feature set to my main, more expensive Samsung but at a much lower price. Great image quality and really easy to set up - a lot of effort has gone into the set up process and it shows. This tv is, for the money, excellent. Set up was easy using the app on my mobile phone and took approx 25mins to add login ins and oasswords for my various services. Picture quality and sound are vert good and the apps work quickly. The remote has hot keys for Rakuten, Prine video and Netflix. I’ve wall mouted mine and it is light but appears sturdy. Not grade c Perfect TV
The TV is listed as a grade c with cosmetic damage but this came sealed in the original packaging with everything there, it looks brand new with no damage we are over the moon. Fantastic TV. Why didn't I buy earlier?!
Fantastic TV, everything built in. Was able to dispose of several remotes and a lot of cables that I previously needed when I needed boxes, sticks etc. Sound is incredible, especially when used in conjunctionwith a Samsung soundbar (though admittedly my neighbours might be less enthusiastic about it!) I finally decided to update to a smart tv, 43 inch. I almost broke my back getting my old really really heavy tv out. This is so light. I assembled the stand, plugged it in, turned it on and followed some simple on screen instructions, connected to my network hub and I was off. Next just a quick look at the remote control and instruction manual and it was simple. So I am really glad I have updated. THIS WAS A GOOD DEAL
I bought this for my Bedroom - the picture is good.... but not as good as I thought it would be. I had previously read reviews where people had said that the sound can go up and down a little - which I have noticed with this - a sound bar may put that right - it seems to go from normal volume to slightly softer which can be annoying when you are watching a program. The guide and the apps are not as good as the LG (As I have an LG tv already in the sitting room) - I believe it is called webos... and it is far smoother to operate. I think the LG is far better all round - but that is only my opinion.... given my options again I would have bought the LG. That has been the problem with lockdown that I did not have the chance to go to the shops and check out the picture ect on the various tv's and went by what was being hyped.
