I was a bit hesitant at first as the only game I knew I liked was animal crossing, however the Nintendo store makes it easy to download new games quickly and some of the free demos they offer allow you to try many different types of games at no charge! The last gaming tech I had was a Gameboy way back when.. and at 31 and just finished a uni year I didn’t think I’d buy anything new. But then the lockdown hit. The game is brilliant.. I don’t play TOO much over the day but it’s good in the hour or so you don’t know what to do with yourself - it’s nice to have a little get away, even if the island isn’t real! The console itself is brilliant! The battery life is fab and the handheld mode is really comfy! Ive ordered a cover for it as I find that handheld is easier than connecting it to the tv, but that kind of usage may come as I get more games! Absolutely would recommend getting a switch! Absolutely love the Nintendo switch and getting the special edition is the cherry on the cake. It’s so cute and with the addition of the download code for Animal Crossing New Horizons.
