Great chair, comfy and smooth
This is a very nice chair. The rocking and swivel actions are very smooth and light. The rocking action does help a little when rising out of the chair. The padding is very cushiony and the leather feels of good quality, I have only had the chair for a few weeks so can't really comment on the durability. The foot rest is a little forceful when first engaged and you do need a either a strength or a good technique to put the foot rest back into position but once you get used to it, it really isn't a problem. The foot rest seems to have a number of positions from low to high in the seated position which is very nice. The recline goes from a seated position with the foot rest engaged to an almost horizontal position which is perfect for that little snooze. The massage could be better, it's more vibration than massage but the differing modes is a nice feature. The heat is ok, I would have liked it in more parts of the chair i.e the seat and lumbar as well as the back. But defiantly not a deal breaker, just personal preference. Overall I think this is a great chair, comfy and smooth to operated. I wouldn't recommend this particular chair for a partially frail person as you do need a little strength to operate, but really good for everybody else.

Absolutely brilliant, recommended!
Absolutely brilliant! Came semi-assembled, all that was required was to "snag in" the back, no tools or anything needed. We've been using it for a week now and it's everyone's favourite piece of furniture. The massage programmes, or rather, the vibrating moves are really cool, very relaxing, and the massage turns off by itself after a while. It's very well built, not at all smelly, the artificial leather is very soft and flexible. Recommended!
