Quiet, but flat and wobbly.
I am pleased with the chair, apart from the middle part of the back of the chair is very flat. I messaged to say this, and all they said was I could put some padding of my own inside. I was not very pleased with this answer. Also the chair has a slight wobble, I have tried altering the castors, but it is still the same.
