WELL WORTH THE PRICE
Saw a workout video a Facebook friend posted and he was using a really sharp looking adjustable bench. I asked about it, and he replied it was a Bowflex 3.1. A week or so later, my bench arrived (a day ahead of schedule). Set up was easy - only about an hour (including a few minutes to check the instructions...). And before I knew it 'BAM' I was ready to incorporate the exercises I could not do on my existing bench-press / leg machine. This bench looks great and is of solid construction. I feel very safe while on it. Did I mention it looks good, too? I highly recommend this to anyone looking to add to their workout equipment collection.
