Works very quickly when charging. In fact, you need these type (rapid chargers) on Samsung Galaxy s7 phones..or you'll spend 11-12 hours trying to charge on a standard charger. I dont like that the charger gets extremely got when charging, but this happens without charger anyways! The phone gets hot causing you to use a cooling/cleaner app to get temp down,.Overall the charger works great! Thankyou! So far, so good
So far this fast charger base and cord are working great. The key will be to see how long the fast charge function works. In my experience, such chargers usually switch to regular 'cable charging' after a few months. Wish I knew whether it's the plug-in base or the cord that goes bad so I would only have to replace one, not both. Once you get used to fast charging, regular charging seems to take SO LONG!! I'm not saying this charger has stopped charging fast, only that I wonder how long the fast charging will last.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Charges in a reasonable amount of time (7 hours) on a tablet with larger battery. It does gets warm to the touch while in use. If charging time is excessive the USB cord may be suspect. For faster charging times consider the EP-TA10JWE charger.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
