Let me preface this review by saying that i have paid big bucks for hair removal on my legs, bikini line, and underarms. Even then, they told me it only works on dark hair, AND I had to go 6 times. Nonetheless, I still have some hair from those experience, albeit it, not nearly as much as before, and it is much finer than previously. So, if you want to remove lighter hair, this probably won't do it. And, If you want something to work fast, it just doesn't happen that way. So, I bought this for the entire pubic region (didn't want to go to someone for this) and the mustache I am beginning to get. (And, I'm working on arms and feet.) I wanted to zap this hair before it turned gray, because i am afraid it won't work on gray hair. I am not following the instructions exactly. I zap the areas once a week, and I am seeing a big difference. i have been doing it about 5-6 weeks and I have gotten rid of most of the hair on my face and there is a huge difference in the other areas. I would not recommend it for large areas, like legs. It only zaps a small region at a time, and it takes a few seconds to zap again--so, it would take a long. long time. I like it so well I'm going to see what else this brand offers. When I am finished with it, I am getting my daughters to use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No No is a BIG No No after using this! Works better and is way easier!
