I require knee support for my left knee when playing sports due to a medical condition. The knee support is very effective in supporting my knee without too much restriction when running. Ease the pain of Osteo arthritis quickly and simply.
I have osteo arthritis in both my knees and walking up, but particular down hill has become painful. I bought these straps to give the painful area some extra support. They definitely ease the pain significantly. The front of the straps are rounded outwards so seem a bit counter intuitive, I have looked for ones that have this facing inwards but have not found any so I guess there must be a good reason. Great use for Knee pain
Had an RTA (Motorbike) where I flew over the Car that pulled out on me and landed on my knees. Ever since then (5 years) I've been on Tramadol or Zapain and nothing has helped other than the medication. I've wanted to lower the medication I take so I bought this on a fluke and let me tell you it works like magic. I'm taking a 1/3 of the medication I was before as the pain is manageable whilst using this for day to day activities. It will help some types of injury
This works for me and helps ease pain when walking any distance. It seems to work as well as more expensive versions that I have used. It will not work for everyone - it depends very much on the type of minor injury with which you are suffering. It will also be of little use if used above the knee as I have seen suggested for similar products where it would be neither use nor ornament. I've tried a range of supports lately in these self-diagnosing times, and this works better than sleeves for me, and about as well as similar products at twice or three times the current price. Stick around, I am now going places with my knee strap.
I found when wearing long trousers that if I did not tighten the strap, it could ride down a bit, but I overcame the problem using a neoprene knee bandage to keep it in place over my knee joint without tightening it too much. Knowing just how mush tightening to use without overdoing it is important for my circulation. Rubbish - do not buy!
Really disappointed with this. I didn't think I would need instructions on how to use it BUT it turns out they would have been useful!! I could get it on but could not fathom out how on earth to secure it .... there was no way the velcro could stick to the material!! Absolutely useless!! Ended up throwing it away. Almost exactly the same as a knee support that I looked at in my local pharmacy, but a quarter of the price. I've had two different knee supports before this, and this one is much better.
