Excellent at normalizing a slow sluggish bowel
Due to prescribed opiates and hypothyroidism I have a very slow sedentary bowel movement. This reverses the problem. I have to take 3 x am and 3 x pm but that's me! To actually use as a diet aid is unhealthy as all you're doing is stripping away important nutrients and minerals. This will lead to health problems in the long run. I suffer really bad with IBS so i use tea bags to help me once a week. I find they help me much better than the doctors sachets. I normally use dieters tea but found this not to be so painful.
