Small footprint with good feature range for home office / personal use
For the price the printer is packed with all the facilities as a home user I needed. The WiFi setup was quick and painless. I have had faster printers, but, it wasn't brought for that, the additional scanning etc., is what I was looking for. Good for the price - if you can afford better spec then pay more.
It is a low cost colour laser, and doesn't currently do auto double sided printing, neither does it do internet prints, (although the wireless printing over WiFi is great!) Print quality is acceptable to me (I'm not very fussy!), and I don't know about the per copy consumables cost, but buying a set of toners is quite pricey, HP says in the small print that they reserve the right to modify the firmware of the beast so as not to allow non-HP toner cartridges - beware! I'm hoping that it will die before I've used up all the toner due to low volume of printing! HP seems to indicate that it may be including it in the internet printing app that is advertised on the box, but currently only HP's inkjets are supported. {HP product support was unaware that they had recently changed the default admin password for the local network webpage, but I got this from an internet discussion board instead}Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
