The cameras themselves are excellent however if you wish to place more than three in service and monitor them with the Amazon cloud camera app a support contract is required from Amazon. What I was told by Amazon customer service that these service contracts are only available for use with cameras purchased directly from Amazon Any cameras acquired from third parties are not eligible for a service package. Great picture, good 2-way audio, easy set up that can be viewed from anywhere
This is easy to set up, app driven and allows viewing from wherever. Picture is clear and bright, audio also picks up voices - clear enough to follow. I like that it also has a microphone so that you can actually speak to someone or something on screen. It's night vision is good as well. While an indoor camera we have mounted ours in a protected area to look out over our garden - which is great at night to see critters and other visitors. Top Quality camera for me
The camera works flawlessly. When power goes down obviously it goes down too because the network and electricity goes down. But, when the power comes back up, the camera reconnects and starts giving you pictures unlike my Arlo that has to be reset manually (which is very inconvenient if you happen to be 100 miles away). I highly recommend the camera. The only negative, which is not a negative for me, is that it has to be plugged in (not battery operated) and is an indoor camera, although some have said in a sheltered area outside the camera works well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
