I hesitate to recommend any product of this type. I find that a couple have reduced my number of bathroom trips over night but none have eliminated them in spite of some advertisements and testimonials. I do find this product is about as good as others and a little less expensive when bought in quantity. It is hard to judge the difference because the results are not consistent every night on any product. Great product with best results for prostate problems

I wish it worked for me
if it worked as hyped. after one bottle there was no improvement in frequency (still 12-15 times a day and twice at night), marked urgency, recurrent dribbling and incontinence, occasional painful urination.
