Feeling better for it.
I started taking these over a year ago and religiously take one a day with my muesli, it took a while to feel the benefits but I feel much better than I did a year ago. I cycle between 30 and 50 miles every weekend for 6 years and I was finding it harder so thought I 'd try these. It's taken a good 6 months but I now feel stronger and my stamina is way better than it was before taking them.
