Love this stuff, Icy Hot works great and works the best for all my arthritis pain, I can't take aspirin and also use it on my temples when I get a headache and it works! Just be careful not to get it in your eyes, yikes talk about burn, but still nothing harmful in it. I used to use Absorbine JR which has ACETONE in it, I don't want to remove nail polish or put nail polish remover on my skin, it even smells like nail polish remover!
