If you have problems with lactose intolerance, you will probably find that these pills can be life-changing. I love a nonfat latte in the morning, and there's no way I could have one without taking Lactaid. I simply take two with my first sip of coffee, and I have no problem. It's a Godsend
I really use this product a LOT, and have ever since I became dairy intolerant, about 22 years ago. I would be soooooooo sick without it! Seriously. It's a Godsend. Sometimes I crave dairy, probably because it's something I never have, and I remember once ordering a vanilla milkshake at our local burger joint. (Oh, they make such GREAT shakes there!) Of course I didn't want to get sick, so I took 3 capsules of Lactaid with the shake (I keep a supply of Lactaid in my purse), and that shake was the best thing I think I have EVER had.
