Amazing!!!
Been using this for just over a week now along side eating healthier and afew gyms sessions a week. I notice a massive difference in my body, and other people have even commented I look slimmer. I found myself urinating alot more frequently also since taking them so it could be water weight but as someone who suffers badly with bloating due to a gluten intolerance these reduced the bloat significantly! Switched to this brand purely because of cost but it had no effect whatsoever and a noticeable difference. I was tired & aching after intense workout which occurs without carntinine use.
