This is a premium product, top quality and will deliver high dose Vitamin C together with lecithin. I take 3 a day while I am ill. I mix it with a smallish amount of unsweetened almond milk (mix well with a small fork in a cup) and drink it over. If you don't mix it it just sits at the bottom of the cup and it doesn't dissolve.
