What more do you need?
Huge impovement over the old 2007 sora groupset i was previously running. Ran smoothly and flawlessly. Wasn't too hard for a DIY install. I can see the allure of higher end groupsets if you are competing, but for the average cyclist, this is more than adequate. The price was half of what i could find it everywhere else.

sora 9 speed st-3500 shifter
I don't know why sora gets looked down on, maybe low on the totem pole, maybe previous models, but this 3500 shifts excellent, and feels good in hand. I recommend the 3500 to anyone in the market for 9 speed shifters.
