This was the original Canon Professional Digital Camera. It's old, not stupid.
Excellent camera with which to teach/learn photography. the settings are simple and not over-complicated like more recent models. Better than this, the 10D was originally sold as the flagship digital camera for professionals to use around the world. My first 10D cost £2000, and now I buy one for less than £100. The price has changed but the camera hasn't. This is the camera that created magazine front covers and newspaper pictures of formula 1. Easy to use old tech,
Metal heavy and bombproof body matched to a Helios lens: old tech for sweet photos. Easy to use and the low megapixel count is not a problem in the real world, Like every other DSLR, it could do better with a rangefinder, but, for manual focus, the viewfinder is still good.
