    Bridge to DSLR

    As I found my bridge camera too complicated to use I have gone back to my photography roots, except that it is digital as opposed to celluloid film, I find that this camera does just what I want, it is easy to use with most functions being available via the viewfinder, it does have anti shake and auto focus but it is easy to shut them off as the manual systems of this camera work so well, I will miss the long zoom of my bridge which was 1000mm but am hoping to get better pictures with the increase of sensor size.

    Great value on a tight budget

    Bought this as a replacement for my Dynax 5d which developed a fault. This was Sony's second effort at DSLR after taking over Minolta and uses the same A mount lenses so no need to buy new ones. Lighter and more straightforward to use (although I kind of miss the clunkiness of the Dynax) with a higher resolution, the A200 is a bargain at the bottom end of the dslr market.
