About the same as the "old" style.
Not bad, I was expecting it to be a amazing compared to the regular coils I use based on all the review I had looked at but they weren't all that much better. Maybe 10% more flavour and the amount of Vale seems about the same. In terms of durability that also seems to be no better. I got about 7 days out of it until the coil looked very black and stopped giving me a good hit.
