Better than other low carb bread options!
I had Bisquick sometimes throughout my childhood, so I knew that familiar smell when I opened this Carbquik. The only people that are complaining about the smell and taste, probably have not tried Bisquick in their life. It works! It works for biscuits, and pizza crust, and breading (so far that's what I've tried). It is not gaggy like the other eggy breads. Understand that this is low carb mix, not the real thing, and you'll be happy! Add some seasonings to liven it up. *French fried green beans, fried chicken, warm biscuits with butter and sugar free jam, chicken Alfredo pizza, yum! Awesome ingredient to aid in a low carb diet.

Good stuff

Revised Bisquick
If you use Bisquick then this makes it a bit less guilty to make the same recipes using Carb quick. It can cut calories from flour and sugar but only drawback is it bakes or cooks drier. Okay better than nothing
So we got the Carbquick specifically to make pancakes. However even after trying the receipt twice they were unbeatable. No matter what was done the batter came out to thick or to runny and in either case the pancakes just did not taste right.
