Quality filter.
Well made and true to K&N's renowned quality. The filter seems huge compared to the original you remove. K&N seem to have made the most if the available room to increase the filter surface area. That said it fits like a glove and is a straight swap. You Tube Richies Bike AIS removal video for a quick guide in removing the fuel tank to access the filter if you've done so before. Top tip: leave the hinged bolt (under the seat) in and loose until you've disconnected the sensors and tubes from underneath. This allows the tank to pivot and to be held one handed before you need to remove it. It's a easy 30mins to fit this and put it all back together. Bike sounds better and there is a nice little induction roar but to be honest I've not noticed any performance increase. I didn't expect any by just changing a filter (exhaust already done) but fitted this in prep for a re-map next month where it should help eek out a few more horses and aid smoother power delivery.
