A Quaity Experience
I only use this grinder daily, so far, to grind the small amounts of spices for my masala chai, and in that limited light it works perfectly. It takes just a few twists to grind each small amount of spice either partially or to powder. Makes grinding a breeze
The grinder is a solid piece of cast iron grinder. The heavy weight of the 2 bowls made grinding effortless. I put two dried chili between the 2 bowls, twist it 2 rounds, viola, it’s chili flakes just like those sold in stores except the aroma is much more explosive.
