Lightweight but secure
With the rotatable clamp either a long lens or a camera can be securely mounted. Use with a leveling head/tripod and you have an easy to use pan/tilt set up. If your camera has an L-bracket you won't be restricted to landscape mode pictures when attaching your camera to the head.
