Does exactly as it is suppose.
I was a bit sceptical about purchase as I found it visually unreal to see how it would fit to back of 32 inch TV set. It did the job with no hitches. The only downside is the distance the TV stands out from the wall if you are going to change the angles regularly. The TV is in a bedroom with no need to move from the one position, and it sits over a chest of drawers and doesen't prove to be intrusive.
