2nd time around
I bought this model of camera for my wife a few years ago and she loved it. Later I bought her a newer, high quality camera without an eye level view finder. She liked it but still preferred the Kodak because it had that eye level view finder, much easier to use in bright sunshine. She dropped it from an upper level cafe to solid concrete below while on vacation last month and was devastated. I was delighted to find I could still purchase another identical camera (minus the dents and missing pieces). Completely Bamboozled
The camera did not work at all. It did turn on...but there is no viewing any image on the lcd in the back or through the lens. the button to take the photo does not work, also.Verified purchase: Yes

Great old model Kodak
This Kodak Easyshare Z712 camera is older but it is the clearest picture taking camera I can find. Probably will buy another one that is in nice shape to have on reserve. Best Digital Camera Out There
I have 6 or 7 Digital Cameras from a few different mfg's, including a high end DSLR, and none take pic's as good as this Kodak. You can not find a better lens and you couldn't ask for more zoom capability, for that reason I've bought 3 of these camera's over the years. I gave one as a gift and kept two for myself because I go to car shows weekly and I have never found a better camera for clear crisp vibrant pictures. Best of all the Video & Audio is second to none and I've been using one to capture a 35 - 45 minute Christmas Morning video for many many years now. My second one!
I love all the options on this camera. I previously had one but upgraded several times but never liked any of my cameras as much as this one. I especially like the fact that it has an eye view finder along with the LCD screen. Most cameras no longer offer this feature.
