Great protection
My daughter plays volleyball year around and is a defense player which means she is often on the ground to get the ball. We have tried many brands and she has kept with this brand and model as being most comfortable and providing the best protection. Not to say she never bruises her knees but its much more rare with these. We get new ones about 3 times a year since she plays almost 5 days a week on average. They hold up well through wAsh and wear and we only replace to be sure she has maximum cushion not due to them falling apart
