Easy to use
It is so easy to use and charges up in good time. The battery is long lasting and only needs charging every couple of days. My partner loves the sleek design of it and how good it looks. He likes that it is both touch screen and a keyboard which he prefers. Very happy.

A new Phone 4 me
Ordered this on the Friday and it arrived on the Saturday, "FAST POST". Got it working just!, had to download the instruction book from blackberry, no problem. I find the keypad hard to use but that's just me, its well worth the money and the phone that I got was in great condition.

My expectations were left a bit confused. I was expecting a phone with minor marks on it, but the silver edge was missing in places and is very noticeable and not the odd scratch or two. It might be me being picky but seen others better looking. David
