I’d mailed my Montblanc 146 to a CA-based company that “pairs with Montblanc.” They had my pen for a month, could not get parts, so I asked that they return it. Luckily found NW Fine Jewelers on ebay. Communication was clear. Shipping was a breeze. My pen was returned in one week, as promised. NWFJ not only repaired my filling piston, they adjusted the nib and replaced a damaged knob end. Carefully pkgd.
